I ordered this in the listed 20 x 30 size. 2 months, 4 emails, 3 direct instagram messages to the listed handle on the contact page, and a phone call to my bank later, I still only have provisional credit returned to my account while my bank investigates this. The listed email address on this website is INVALID and NOTHING will go through. The Instagram account (@phrazeart, listed as “formerly teksartist” in the bio) posted on 10/31. No response to me about this $369 purchase though. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! They will process your order and the only chance you’ll have of getting your money back is reaching out to your bank! I have screenshots of the “failed to send” emails I tried sending to the listed email on the contact page, (me @ tekstartist .com). I also sent a message through the messaging system, again no response. I attempted to order this print in a custom size before this nightmare and was refunded after reaching out and emailing “Jason Markow” - (tekstartist @ gmail .com). During my correspondence with “Jason Markow” through this email address he let me know he was unable to do the custom size and to expect a refund. I was refunded so I assumed the issue was with my request and tried ordering the listed 20 x 30 size print. After several weeks I reached out on 10/14 and again on 10/26 to (tekstartist @ gmail .com), the email I was previously in contact with regarding my last order, after no response I reached out to the new contact information posted on this website. Like I said above, my emails to (me @ tekstartist .com) FAILED TO DELIVER. Do not order from this website. Reaching out to my bank is the ONLY way I MIGHT be able to get my money back and it’s not worth your time or energy to wait for weeks and send out emails, make that phone call and wait for the money to HOPEFULLY get back into your account! Please omg do not order anything from this website. NONE OF THEIR CONTACT INFO IS WORKING OR IN USE. You will not get a SINGLE response.
(The email addresses included are spaced out so weirdly so they’re not X’d out when this is published)
